ELEMENTOS is the Spanish word for elements. The name ties to our belief that without the elements of nature, we would not have the opportunity to produce beautiful creations from earth’s bounties. We strive to bring experiences to our guests, share and express our passion through food and beverage, truly focussing on the fruits of the earth. 

 

Led by Chef Ivan Leon, a seasoned chef of over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry, who is well known for showcasing Latin and French inspired flavours, and bringing a high level of professionalism and creativity to every menu that is created.
